Get to Know Our Nurse Practitioner, Lynne Berdofe, WHNP-BC
Lynne R. Berdofe, our board certified Nurse Practitioner (WHNP-BC), is a registered nurse with advanced nursing education and training in the diagnosis and management of common and complex medical conditions dealing with obstetrics and gynecology. Nurse practitioners provide care previously offered only by physicians. We count on Lynne to provide you, our patient, with a broad range of health care services. She is licensed by the state of Texas and has a national board certification through National Certification Corporation for Women's Health Nurse Practitioner in Inpatient Obstetrics.Lynne treats both acute and chronic conditions through comprehensive history taking, physical exams, health and wellness counseling, contraceptive care, STD screening and follow-up, physical therapy, pregnancy testing, care before, during, and after pregnancy, evaluation and treatment of common infections - always focusing on true individualized care. We think you will certainly appreciate having Lynne as your health care advocate.
Certified Nurse Midwife, Robin L. Page, PhD, RN, CNM
Robin L. Page is not only a Certified Nurse Midwife with us at The OB/GYN Group of Austin, she also continues to teach in the nursing program at The University of Texas. She has a degree in Midwifery from the University of Colorado, as well as a PhD in women's health from UT. Robin has a passion for new mothers and babies and admits her biggest love is her patient contact time.As Robin puts it, "I love teaching the patients I see at The OB/GYN Group of Austin about ways to maintain their health. I am especially trained to help promote healthy pregnancies for all women and I feel I can make a real difference and create a positive experience." Robin appreciates that our group practice offers a caring and compassionate setting for our patients, a philosophy she certainly takes to heart as well.
